Technically works on all maps and servers, I suspect it's something that has to do with netcode for registering hits and the fists not being properly labelled yet. Just trying to put it under attention so it gets fixed, so a few toxic players dont ruin EA progress for the entire game.- Baron_Jan_Willen_XVII

Title Doesn't have to be enemy vs enemy, can also be friendlies. Some particular players abuse this. Need to do it approximately for 2 seconds before the server crashes.- Baron_Jan_Willen_XVII

What happened to Co-op?
I think this was brought up during a interview once and they said the netcode and the SP gameplay won't support co-op.
