Its your connection most likely, you still have internet and all that but your provider or router does not allow communication to the taleworlds servers due to some configuration.

Ive seen several people on university/dorm connections not being able to find and join servers in the past.

Would be great to enjoy the game in a way similar to how i've played in Warband these last 9 years.
It might not be a priority for the team at the moment, but i do hope they are aware of our current struggle.
