in 3.8.4 I saw AI xbows sitting and dodging every arrow shot from archers so there's that

I tweaked this, I think it was the very first block of codes in the file

Actually do a search in simple triggers with although I cannot confirm if that will work the same way as it did in the previous version. This is training time

Tweaking equipment is the same stuff as before iirc

empire xbows or snake cult armsmen work well and now greens also have skirmishers that throw **** at enemies and deal massive damage, in sieges they tend to hit a LOT.

It used to be (in previous versions where I tried this) that if you were a vassal of another faction lords would say something like "you're not a sworn vassal of our king" and refuse. However if you're a king of another faction they allow you to marry into their house.

How well do noldor runeswords work for cavalry? better than longsword or morningstars?

When you use down/up arrow to switch troops inside garrison it moves the troop but not the selection so you have to click, move one slot, click, move one slot etc. That sort of defeats the purpose

And making the cape person also the hood person would be pretty neat

Dread Legion because of how insane that fight is now and CKO unlocks but I like alaric too early because shiny gems

I never figured out how autoequip works but my companions were dropping bent noldor arrows for normal arrows that was kind of weird

I agree, recently rains just seem meaningless to me as well

Don't even need blunt tip lance. Just run around with armored horse until they run out of stuff to throw at you and then pick them off one by one with a hammer, freebooters are annoying but you can easily unhorse freebooters with a decent sword or a lance. If you slow down on your horse and dance a little bit they miss their swing and then you can get a free hit, although if you mess up, well...

I did a playthrough using Falcons and I noticed the knights using foot lance a lot even if they had swords in 3.9, don't think I saw a lot of that in 3.8.4
