    You are both correct.

    Prisioners were killed to inspire dread such as:
    -Killing all of them and impaling their heads in stakes to warn them and make them think something similar will happen to them.

    Or as an act of cowards, such as:
    -Killing all of them because they are less bulk and may threat them if reveled against

    You dont need kill all of them, may be you kill 1 per day.

    Not always--sometimes a reinforced leather whatchamajiggy is much more expensive than mail/etc. with higher armor rating.  But the leather may be lighter.

    Yeah! i see that many times. Too i see a armor, for example 24+chest armor and 6+leg armor at for example 2500 denars and one 25+chest armor 7+leg armor at for example 9000 denars O_O.

    Raid a Spartan town and kill every soldier in it. After you kill everyone there, you get a 1 on 1 duel with the BOSS, the BOSS has 400HP, and really strong attacks and wearing Achille's Armour.

    Why in the next version dont you add special abilities to your army? for example, footmen (i think they have spear) can to be able to put itself in 1 or 2 lines. I talk about “-------- or ======” (they are the footmen/spearmen) and when the cavalry is close, stack them all with they spears ...
