Bannerlord is using my wrong GPU.
I managed to find an option under options in the Bannerlord in game menu, under video, called "selected adapter". I don't know why it switched me over to intel, but, I could switch it back to Nvidia and get it to work.- AloszaKaramazov

Bannerlord is using my wrong GPU.
I noticed, yesterday, that the game begun to have immeasurable performance issues, with the frame-rate dropping significantly.
