Bug fixes
- Adjust SE theatre advance camp positions
- Improve scout camp spawn script
- Fix region finder in battle menus
- Fix a few player start troops so they can equip all their weapons
- Fix a bug with sea battle quest that would cause the wrong target centre to be assigned under certain circumstances
- Add boots to race restriction script, because dwarf and orc boots don't fit regular sized skeletons and vice versa
- New models for Uruk-hai general armour, berserker kit, tracker armour
- New models for Isengard orc armours
- Improve Isengard armour reward
- Implement Minas Tirith scene (+siege) from the scene pack
