Looters captured caravan trader. How to get her back?

I haven't yet found how to pay prisoner bribes. Not to other lords nor to looters.
How does one initate the prisoner-money exchange?

Looters won't ransom, she'll eventually escape.

Well, usually if theyre imprisoned by a lord, you can try to barter the freedom of a prisoner for money. I think you can barter with looters too? Idk i know you can barter to escape them yourself

Extremely difficult to find. Especially if it was looters that took the prisoner.
