I worked a slightly-above-minimum wage teaching job for 3-4 years, spent that entire time looking for something else but hilariously it was one of the highest paying jobs in my area. I eventually found that I could do the exact same job in China but for more than double the pay, plus I would get to live on my own in pre-paid accomodation. It was a no-brainer, especially since I've been to china twice before anyway.
Have you considered jobs outside your area, with the exception of China? I'm pretty sure a talented guy like you can get a nice job in the UK, that doesn't involve furry commissions. Anyway, good luck in China and may your social credit score always rise.

The MPs could back Rishi as the most competent, but the Tory base voting in the final is racist and won't fancy an Indian over a saucy middle-aged white woman that's fappable to the old gits voting. (67% to 28% in a head to head poll)
I hoped for Truss and her flavor of demented militant incompetence, just to see the UK burn, but that looks less likely now. There's still time though!

Liz Truss didn't command a majority of conservative mps during the leadership contest. She bought her election by bribing tory party members with ludicrous and undeliverable promises. She is the architect of her own end, her party's collapse in popularity and serious economic damage to the country. The only upside is that the next prime minister will not be elected by the greedy, self-serving and idiotic 180,000 members of the conservative party.It's not looking good for Truss.
