Advanced skills like Medicine and Enigineering should be able to learn and gain xp by books or mentor in Bannerlord.

Since Bannerlord wasn't in inprehistoric civilization，cultural developmen could be shown more in games. For example，player could only learn medicine skill by getting soldier wounded，which is way too primitive and monotonous，it would be great if character could be able to learn skill by following skillful npc or reading books.

Yes and the empire should get an bonus for learning this skills, because their are the most advanced culture in the game, the other cultures, should get a heavy penalty, but not Vlandia, because their are as the empire, more advanced as the others.
