I'm so pissed Bear my Banner doesn't work anymore as that was the only mod I was using. Thankfully the devs are bring this feature to the battlefield. Yeah they should look at adding experience for capturing banners like Viking Conquest did with war trophies.
If your formation captures a banner you and your troops get a bonus 1000 xp or whatever would be a balanced number.
But Bear my Banner had to great configuration options that the devs should consider for this when they implement banners. Here would be the main configure option I would like to see:
-Cosmetic banner per soldier x per banner per x troops in a formation (example 1 banner for every 10 troops)
