In Progress [1.6.0] Minor faction leaders dying kills off the entire minor faction.

Summary: When the leader of a minor faction dies, the other three nobles (notables?) in his clan die as well. This mirrors the behavior of rebel clans.
How to Reproduce: Kill the leader of a minor faction.
Have you used cheats and if so which: None.
