Inside TW we always make a tournament about predicting outcome of football organisations (EURO / FIFA) once in 2 years. We again do it inside TW but I wanted to start same game between our forum players (if we can find 11 more participants). Rules are simple :
1-There will be 12 participants.
2-These 12 participants will be sorted randomly.
3-Participants will select a team according to sorted list. If a team is selected it cannot be selected again by another participant.
4-Each participant then select a second team with reverse of randomly sorted list. So 12th and 13th team will be selected by same participant. So participant who selected first team first will select second team last.
5-If a selected team go upper round its owner gains 1 score. Winning final match also brings 1 score.
6-If a team get 3th place and eliminated in first round this team will bring its owner 0.5 (half) point. (note that 2 teams will be eliminated in first round even they are 3th at group stage)
7-If a team is eliminated by champion of tournament it will bring its owner 0.5 (half) point. (only 1st round and final is exception, at these rounds no 0.5 will be given to eliminated team)
8-If two or more participants have same score who selected his first team last go upper.
