tbh rosters these days are a lot smaller than they used to be. I’m sure you remember IR having 18 man rosters a few years ago. I do agree with Vincent though, why not recruit a few extras to make up numbers? I’m assuming you had a core of at least 5 people willing to play and there are lots of players you could’ve made up the numbers with. It might’ve lowered the skill level of the team but it seems to be a compromise every div A team has made for this tourney.
Thanks for the clarification, no offense taken at all. And I also share your concerns, but as Gibby said rosters are not as big as you might think - we have 10, stark has 11, bluestripes have 10 just to name a few. Besides the roster cap is 12 and in a tournament like this where you have to play multiple matches in a few days you have to give teams the opportunity to have substitutes in case somebody is unavailable.

The reason why it has to be in the same format as the template is basically that we're using excel for the teamrosters. If you remove a placeholder it messes up the coding and references.
This saves us tons of time, so we can focus on other important things. Thank you.
