Important thing to keep in mind :

we already have more sign-ups than I could ever anticipate for a small tournament like this. If you want to participate please sign up quickly, because the later you sign up the higher the chances you might be put on a waiting list rather than the tournament itself, and i doubt that's in anyone's interest. We will try to include everyone but if that's not possible for one reason or the other it's better if you're not the last team to sign up.

Also : be sure your roster is aware of and ready for the tournament format. It is imperative that matches in this tournament are played on time and according to deadline. We will probably be looking at a double elimination with a winners and losers bracket. As we have it planned every team gets to play at least two matches, and at max 4 with third place matches possibly being played after the regular 5 day frame so the schedule isn't too full for any one team. I will visualize this for you as soon as possible.
