Can not find noble in the City

I would like to find a noble, the Encyclopedia says she is in Qasira, but she is not in the lords hall or anywhere. The Encyclopedia have been kept telling it for months. She is 24 years old, so I should be able to talk with her in theory. Also she does not have any skills, if it matters in this case.

There is a weird teleportation bug that occurs when a lord loses in battle. But it shouldn't happen for months maybe a week or two you probably should report this in the technical support section .

Thank you! I suspect that the noble in question is stuck "as a child" because she did not have any skills at all, and the behaviour would make sense like this.

Yeah if they're under 18 they won't show up.
