Sad! Maybe if they released the server files the mod community could help with debugging! I am sure there is some hidden hero who is willing to do such work unpaid...

They may have good reason to be keeping them from us, but people are really wanting them. A lot of fun multiplayer mods are in the works, but can't move forward due to no server hosting.

probably not finished the mapping tool missing lots of features/functionality as well (lots of buttons dont do anything)

I was really horny for this to happen for the longest time, with the modding tools out, not so much, If they have custom servers out by the end of the year even if it an early version of the server code, similar to the state the tools are in, I think everyone would be fine with that. The scene editor is fantastic, can't wait for custom servers to show off the maps i've made.
