So I have been getting captured by the enemy after winning a battle as part of the army and not getting downed during the battle causing me to lose all of my troops and a lot of items? Anyone else having this issue?

You should report this on the techincal support section
^This. I keep seeing people talking about this but I don't know if they make a report topic. Uninstall mods and validate steam files too to make sure it's not just a mod.
Same bug here.
