Summary: Stuck in settlement after Aserai voted on peace with the Khuzait
How to Reproduce: When at war with the Khuzait, I am a vassal of the Aserai. Monchug of the Khuzait laid siege on my town while I was in it. The Aserai voted on peace during the siege, and then they left. When they left, it created an empty void of windows with no portraits and cannot click anywhere to leave the town.
