SP - UI The UI is quite laggy, is there something being done about that?

It's really slow to navigate things, sometimes it lags out. I think we need more shortcut menu options to dive directly into things that are most commonly used... Each time you want to go to a keep in a Town is a chore, you click, lags a bit, click again, lags a bit, goes to loading screen. Wanna access the dungeon? Worse, it's 2 sub-menus down the pipe... This should be made quicker.

+1 was just going to post about this.

They should make a new screen pop up (like ESC screen) when interacting with NPCs and for some other uses. I dont think everything needs to completely go to a new place to render, which is why loading takes time (I assume. I dont know how it works completely), but more importantly is suchhhh a hastle. oof.

I did notice this issue when watching streams and videos, but surprisingly in my case I got zero menu lag.
I would totally exchange this for less laggy sieges ?

it depends on which rig you have and which settings you use in-game. Still, it's poorly done ( the UI ), there's no UX to be found anywhere, they should hire a UX specialist ASAP.

I think the siege lag is related to the AI, because as soon as the battle ends, the lag disappears.

But... what's a UX?

user experience, a more "recent" field of which I was one of the first people to delve in deeply lol But because I was stupid I didn't found the area, it basically converges around semiotics studies along with user interface and human-machine interaction. These guys can make better controllers, interfaces, car driving wheels, panels, measure watches, you name it. They make the "user experience" something smooth and intuitive.
