So i thought about a thread for fellow merchants players;
What's your way in making money?
How many caravans you own and do they make a good profit?
Etc'
So i am technically a Bedouin lol:
I buy a ton of sheep & wool where they are produced and travel to(usually the western empire) and sell them in bulk.
Usually earning a 30-40% profit.
That's where i focus, ofc if there are any opportunities to earn an extra dennar i go after it.
(Any type of animal doesn't take inventory space)
Recently bought 2 caravans(companions with no trade skills) and with a army of 60-ish that's a lot in wages!
My party wages:around 550
Caravan 1: 250
Caravan 2: 200
In total : 1k in wages
Clean revenue :
Caravan 1: 1200 (Highest) - 250(Lowest)
Caravan 2: 1150 (Highest) - 200(Lowest)
In total: 2350 (Highest) - 450(Lowest)
Total Earnings // Losses:
1350+ // -550
These fluctuate a lot day to day but that's the rough amount.I usually earn more than i lose in a given week.
Question:
Has anyone set a caravan with a companion with trade skills? How much do they earn?
*If anyone else here hasn't already found out - if you buy mules/cheap horses they give you extra inventory capacity!
I found out by accident while carrying horses for a quest.
