Have you M&B installed? It should be located in your program files. And your module should be extracted in your Modules folder.

Maybe you can use this guide to install it succesfully.

History

In the mid 1500’s Karel V was the ruler of lands what are now the Netherlands and Belgium. Karel V let his kingdom to his son, Philip II, who was now the ruler of his kingdom. Because of the small riots that were going on Holland and Vlaanderen because of the raised taxes. Philip decided to sent the Duke of Alba to the Holland to suppress the rebellion. The rebellion started because the people in the Holland and Vlaanderen and Wallonië were upset about another taxes they had to pay. Alba decided to call a meeting of the leaders of the rebellion. Most of these leaders saw that it was a trap. But the most important leaders showed up and Alba arrested them and prosecuted them. This was the sign to start a overall rebellion in the whole land. This was also the start for the 80 Years of War.
You can find more info here; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dutch_Revolt

If you don't mind, I fixed Duke of Alba (from Alva), and I think more people will know better the name of Philip II rather than Filips II

Good luck with the mod, I don't have time for playing right now

It seems we the Spanish shall conquer Flandes again  good luck with the mod!!! Anything to help with?

Well, I think you can do some translations if you want to. Until now, I used google translate but it gives weird names which aren't correct. I have Spanish myself, but I am not that far yet that I can translate names of armor to Spanish.

So, if you agree, I can sent you a list of items and troops that need renaming. We are also planning to add some new voice-acting, so maybe you are also interested in that.

Farewell, send me names of troops and items and I shall translate it to Castillian  greetings to our Flemish brothers!!!

  • Spanish Armor
  • Spanish Suit
  • Mailled Armor
  • Spanish Breastplate
  • Heavy Spanish Breastplate

  • Light Morion
  • Heavy Kettle Hat
  • Heavy Sallet Hat

  • Spanish Captain
  • Spanish Elite-Lancer

It's quite a list. So take your time .

I actually finished the list. I didn´t a literal translation, but one more precise in order to fit in the equipment of the Spanish tercios, and create a more historically acurate atmosphere.

Items:
Spanish Armor  Coraza
Spanish Suit  Vestimenta española
Mailled Armor Cota de mallas (by the way, I think it wasn´t used by the tercios)
Spanish Breastplate Peto español
Heavy Spanish Breastplate Peto de los tercios
Captains Armor  Coraza de capitán
Shooters Armor  Coraza de tirador
Skirmishers Armor  Armadura de batidor
Heavy Breastplate Peto pesado
Spanish Scout Armor  Armadura española de de batidor
Sword of Espanol Espada toledana
Rapier  Espada ropera
Captains Rapier  Estoque
Claymore Mandoble
Spanish Scout Lance  Garrocha
Light Morion  Morrión
Heavy Kettle Hat  Capacete
Heavy Sallet Hat  Celada
Burgonet  Borgoñota
Sallet Feather  Yelmo acolchado
Lancers Helmet  Casco de piquero
Captains Helmet  Casco de capitán
Jinete Helmet  Yelmo de caballero
Strong Steel Shield  Rodela (if small and round, tipycal Spanish shield), escudo pesado.

Troops:
Spanish Recruit  Recluta español
Spanish Soldier  Soldado español
Spanish Lancer  Piquero
Spanish Swordsman  Rodelero (if he has the small round shield), Espadachín español
Spanish Sergeant  Sargento
Spanish Captain  Capitán
Spanish Elite-Lancer  Piquero de los tercios
Spanish Skirmisher  Batidor
Spanish Shooter  Arcabucero/mosquetero
Spanish Marksman  Tirador
Spanish Men at Arms  Soldado de los tercios
Spanish Knight  Caballero
Spanish Mutineer  Amotinado

I think it is all...and I hope it is useful

Lurking here and there, then I saw this topic.

I'm looking for more pictures I could use for banners or something, but hasn't found quite anything so :/

EDIT:// Found something, made something and uploaded something ^^ logical

Just putted al made banners in the spoiler

Some little corrections
Spanish Armor  Coraza-> Don't translate always armor with "coraza", it implies 1 big piece of metal

Tercio, always with capital T

Long names and ñ can be a problem. I couldn't, for example, import a character of mine with á

Heavy Spanish Breastplate->Coselete

To avoid this
Troops:
Spanish Lancer  Piquero
Spanish Elite-Lancer  Piquero de los tercios
You can use Piquero Seco (light pikeman, had shorter pike and light armor) and Piquero armado (heavy pikeman, arms and thigh armored)

Spanish Men at Arms  Soldado de los tercios-> Tercio soldier is always infantry. Is this Man at Arms cavalry or infantry?
