I have been wondering how the bullet trajectory looks like. Does the bullet drop significant like a bolt/arrow does or more like a real bullet?
I'm having trouble knowing where to aim at long distance.
well it shoots a small round ball. With just 8 plolygons ..
took me some time to make it to make it as low-poly as possible since it will be alot of them on the battlefield. And normally. In real life. How many bullets do you see?
Yeah thats the problem, and I dont know how much a musket bullet drop in real life or if this game got the same drop.. So maybe I should make your bullets get as big as cannon balls and then get some good measurements ;P
The velocity of a musket ball is about 300 meters/s (Smooth bore). But the effective range for hitting a single standing target is no more than 50 meters really.
