ok so I go 2 dread lair one night when i spot this guy called Ozglad the odd or something like that anyway when i talk 2 him he offers 2 sell me stuff but then my char replies ''oh no you dont ,you dont sell things in This version of Talera'' Explanation please!!

Well, there you have it. He doesn't sell anything. And therefore, you can't buy anything from him. I reckon they just forgot to remove him.

I'm not sure, but I think he was for people who played in version 2. I never played in version 2, but I'm guessing if I did, I would go to him for all of my old equipment?

It actually says "you were not selling anything in PREVIOUS version", so I guess it's a kind of a joke.
