If there is any way to get the physical traits (Body included) and skill points in the style of madden that would be great.

More so on the editing of the body proportions and not just the face.
 
Too much work, too little effort.

You'd have to change the way armour/clothing works to "scale" accordingly to how you edited your character and all that.
