Asaleth City City guide
Asaleth city is capital of asaleth (as you all know). It is not a village or a feron hovel, it's a city, full of civilised people. Here, you will find things that can suit all your needs, there's shopping, sight-seeing etc etc.

The houses in Asaleth city are slightly better than those in most other cities, most have gardens and can fit up to 10 people, though, the downside is that you would have to pay loads just to get a house here, one house would cost you over a hundred thousand denars. Though there is a cheaper alternative, all you need is a mat, and somewhere you won't be found, beggars and street urchins can be found all over asaleth city, so watch out for your purses!

The "Fly" Market
If you shopping is your thing, then head down to the local "fly" market, you get armours, clothes, weapons, spices, fresh fish, and just about all the flies in Talera. The fish is from the coast and most of the armour is crafted by the hill-clans. Where the flies come from, is still a mystery though.

The Merchant's neighbourhood
Here is where the merchant king of Talera; Uxcral Gardun lives, his stall may look plain and simple enough, but his house is another thing altogether, there, his concubines reside and the fountain in the garden is said to be made of gold, though it is usually off limits and protected by guards, you might be able to get in when he has a party, in which case half the city gets to enter.

The Resting Garden
Here the Asalethean Kings and Queens of old rest. It is open to everyone and is a history book in itself in the fact that each seperate tomb has its own record of the past. In particular, is the tomb of King Asalear of Oakland; the first king and founder of asaleth.His grave is marked by his great sword; Althadar, which in old Asalethean means "Freedom".
Also, are marked the graves of Athardun (marked by the bones of the great stag) and Asun the son of Asalear(marked by his great lance)

The grand Arena
If you are looking to earn some quick money, go to the grand arena, there you will earn money easily, if you don't get beaten. You might even meet some of the old Arena Legends; Xerina, Dranton and Kraduk. Occasionally, tournaments come to the city, where if you are lucky, you could become rich.

The Silver mare serves as a brewery and a tavern, in here, you can find some of the best brews in Talera, second to only Marilion Ale(Which isn't pure anyway). If you pay enough, you could get the room on the top floor, which has a balcony. You can rent the yard for parties too, in which case, there will be a live band playing.
