Hey, guys i have extracted this mod and putted it to my modules folder but i can't see it when i open my M&B and can choose what module i want? Is there a reasonary explain on this or am im just unlucky? :  )

There really isn't much more added in for another release, just the rape option. I've spent most of my time on Roots of Yggdrassil for the past while.
