Always high Controversy!

Hello everyone! Given that I do extensive use of cheats (even those included in the mod), so my career has been swift. After getting some cities and castles now I can't get any more because I have a constantly high level of controversy. I noticed that when I reject the conquered cities from the beginning, the level goes down, but as soon as I start recruiting new soldiers, it comes up again. I have never dropped below 86 points.
Should I stay calm for a long time without recruiting units? Are there any other solutions?

probably you need to fight enemy's vassals, and you must get some time to not being marshal

and you can use cheat too.
press lctrl+~ and type "cheatmenu"
after that you go to camp menu and click "CHEAT MENU!" and click "Infinite Camp" then you just wait until your controversy is in low size
