It's a custom title, given to you for some special reason. It's a badge of honor, you don't get to pick them. Wear it with pride, or horrible shame. Maybe it's a reference to a good post of yours, maybe it's an inside joke a fellow moderator has.
I am just surprise of how many people do not put their SteamID but copy the entire link (so without reading).
I was thinking it would be funnier telling it this way.
