Attending this kind of event is a lot of work, but at the same time, we had a lot of fun! More than 500 journalists, YouTubers, streamers, and even fellow developers from other companies came to our booth in the 3 days that we were present at the event. It was great having the opportunity to show what we are doing and it was humbling to see everyone so excited about the game!

[/parsehtml]Read more at: http://www.taleworlds.com/en/Games/Bannerlord/Blog/75

hmmm

I was expecting good news about early access or beta

But keep up the good work and we will wait for the release date for early access or beta or full game ,

Thank you for your hard work

One week before the event, a blog about going to gamescom.
One week after the event, a blog about coming back from gamescom.

TW sure knows how to skip weekly blogs.

Also a blog during gamescom and the one year recap blog. Only effective blog was Encyclopaedia Calradia this month. I think they are polishing a lot subfactions for the next blog: they promised a subfaction blog soon but one of them even lack the ingame description.

Gamescom stuff was really nice. I think only some details and polishing left to finish the game. By the way this guys are working even it is national holiday in Turkey  I read in interview which made with with Armagan Yavuz that they are working 80 hours per week. I hope you can give some early access or beta as soon as possible as you mentioned in an interview.

I think not so much things left to show. I don't know what else can we see in weekly blogs until game release.

During Gamescom we have seen alot of the different minor factions (not really alot, but the factions tab ingame). But on this there has not been any info on the Sturgian minor faction "Skolderbroda". Would love some more info about them.

*I need ma semi-vikings, but not really vikings faction...

So... very impressive indeed !

We had quite some new footage and information more than in half year of blogs more or less.

The good thing is that the game seems fleshing up quite well and much of our expectations are already met .

That mystery about late game to be further developed is intriguing me...

The late game getting somewhat flat was one of the main issues that warband still had , if we want to be honest.

So I wouldn't mind some boosting .

This leaves us in the doubt that there is SOME time left before the game is finished (as to say "soon").

I wonder if among the options to add could be building a settlement from scratch in a random place the player can choose . I mean not in a preexisting spot but just some spot in the map ....

The only other thing I could think about, that would revolutionary totally , would be exploring the sea ....

Was hoping for a TW-curated video showcasing some more interesting things, like the Teaser. Aaah well.

Can't really complain about lackluster blogs considering how much footage and information we got our paws on from the past two weeks. Thanks for an amazing Gamescom guys!

Hopefully, this'll be the last time they go without the finished product.

I am so much impressed by Bannerlord but I am a bit reserved and not criticize Warband as others. I sincerely show my passion for BL and I wait day when I will be able to play this masterpiece

After eight years...

1-Your character stills goes running everywhere, even inside the buildings

2-Weapons not being used are attached to bodies in some (let´s be nice) "funny way" For example it seems that looters have a particular fetish in autoflagellating themselves with spiked maces

3-Bows and arrows occupy two different slots on your personal weaponry inventory. Who would carry one without the other?

Well, the game looks nicer, but it seems that it will still have some ridiculous issues Warband had.

i guess now that Early Access beta for MBII Bannerlords been said and confirmed

People will be asking for that really badly.

So I do hope we get it this year

Could be the second coming of the faint release they've talked about couple years ago... If so, in 2 years we gonna have another gamerscon where they say the same thing again.

Great Gamescom. I avidly watched all the videos released so far and will watch out for more as journalists drip feed them into youtube etc.

We are still working our way through all of your questions and have decided to dedicate next week’s blog to answer as many of these as we can.

Good choice.

I’m looking forward to next week's answers. It was great to see Armagan re-engaging on these forums, signalling that Bannerlord is entering its final phase of development. Here’s hoping for a release or early access in 2019 as suggested by more than one visitor to TW’s booth.
