Well, he didn't really reinvent modern warfare as he did found it. So unless your country still fights with swords and bows, I'd say he's pretty important.
 
hmmm. Gustaf is very influential, but I dont think "top-five" material. He reinvented modern warfare in a logistical sense rather than being the first person to pick up a gun and go, whoa, ****, yeah.. I should use this in my army! It was a pretty cool tactic he invented though I have to say. Really bridged the gap between renaissance and napoleonic warfare. After being developed by William of Orange and Oliver "im-a-bastard" Cromwell ofc.
