If you want to change the equipment of your Treasurer, Secretary etc then make a backup of the conversation.txt file in your module folder (C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Blood & Gold Caribbean!\Modules\BG_Caribbean!_singleplayer , should be similar).
At the top of the file change this:
to 4911.
Find this line:

then just below it add this line:

If you give them horses then they'll end up stacked together in some scenes like the town hall and ship cabin, but functionally nothing will break afaik. Use at your own risk though.
