I worked the VIP entrance as security for a rave.

I was invited to my sister's boyfriend's place in the very last minute. Like really, I arrived two minutes before the new year began. 
We more or just drank and watched hockey, the Finns were playing the Swiss.
Woke up later that day to have New Year's Day lunch that I had cooked many hours earlier. Way better than any other hangover food, I assure you.

The party I was attending ended at 2:30 AM so I decided to walk 6 kilometers through a completely dark forest in the cold to get to another party. Arrived around 4 AM. Pretty much everyone was gone by that time so we sat with a friend and talked. I tired scavenging some wine, but attendees of that party had a horrible taste in wine.

Sign on as security with a production company that creates raves/ work with a security company that does events.
Or my way, where you are the security for the place that hosts events and get pulled from your normal duties because someone didn't show up.
