I think the new DE servers are not fully updated yet, flag spawn time etc is wrong and some maps are not even on the server (I think??)

Many teams have not booked, if you are in this situation you are able to use any unbooked server you like and the first team onto that server can not be contested for it. Teams who have booked are given priority.
