changed pictures so they aren't glowing and you can now read the text

more parties to attack
changed the colors of most of the factions so you can read all the town names
can no longer purchase infected mounts
changed some troops levels
made some parties larger
took 3 training camps off the map
lowered firearm damage
start with 200 denars

only need to be a level 5 to pay your troops to get resources for you now, still need to be a level 10 for forcing them to get the resources

Added Perma death and injuries by Chel
changed how bandit parties spawn, the problem wasn't spawning it was the map icons not working, map is full of bandit type parties now
everything is in rounds again denars don't exist

last spawn script 100% chance of a human party, an animal party, and an infected party at every village, now 50% chance of a human party, an animal party, and an infected party at every town, castle, and village, this occurs weekly
scavengers have their pants now
12 spawns for 5 locations

I rarely log in to say anything but this got me excited enough to pop in to give thanks!

Awesome to see someone sticking with/updating and fixing this, it's by far one of my favorite mods top 3 for certain I like the modernized feel to it thanks Lor Dic keep up the great work  :grin:
 
Took out infected trooper
gave infected invisi knives so they do some damage
put the spawn script at 33% chance, was too many bandit parties, much better spawn rate now
all bandit type parties have a red label now

infected now have zombie knives(invisible) instead of invisi knives(invisible)
if you get knocked unconscious by infected your game ends, brings up this screen, to load a saved game hit go back to sleep

redid some gun accuracy numbers
gave more troops melee weapons
removed unused textures
ammobelts etc... hold more rounds this should have the right amount of rounds printout now'
real random scenes are back mixed in with the scenes that were used for combat
Tournaments have been taken out
removed items with no texture or mesh
added missing freelancer textures
civil war doesn't end now, need to adjust some troops, the one side won in 6 months
troops adjusted
fixed strings and dialogs so denars are replaced by rounds, this was mostly companion dialogs
changed ordenary to ordinary in strings
took out a bunch of debug messages so the screen printout works for the mod testing character now
might add the mini factions to the civil war, I'll decide later after more tests
changed bandits weapons so they are more different
toned down some bandit types
replaced town castle and village pictures
removed spawned vehicles
got rid of the map icons changing
villagers use a truck icon now
added grenades but only the AI can use them, the united states army have them, confederate demolitions, high priests, touched ones and war sisters have them

Here I started another mod using The Reckoning Third Stage for a base.
 
Thanks a lot. I am playing your version 1.2 now. It's great! Is there a way to upgrade to 1.3 without losing my progress (save games)?

Version 1.2 was not save game compatible with the original version :sad:
 
Great development. - maybe too many troops everywhere.

upsides
Great gameplay, now acceptable to play, great graphics.

downsides
Missing textures, dog sound like a hourse.
I do really miss the original track at the menu, and the corrent tracks seems too.. aggressive while playing, doesn't have the same feeling as when la_grandmaster released the first version, as he delivered  more emotional surroundings.

so I am having major issues. I just recently heard about this mod. downloaded V 1.3 but the screen has a bright blue tint on it. its really bright and stops me from seeing anything on screen. its very buggy and doesn't seem to go away no matter the graphics settings (ive been running it on the highest settings but tried switching things around to no avail)

I hope this can get fixed soon.

all I can say about my specs (I don't remember them super well) is that I have
GTX 760
some form of core i5 quad core no multithreading
and 8 gigs of ram.

nothings overclocked either. but the FPS runs fine nothings bad. all menus are okay but the in game screen just looks horrible. basically like a cyan tint to everything but its so bright I cant do anything really


update: I can seem to get it to go to normal when I ALT+TAB out of the game but once I get in game and talk to someone it comes back as well as really interacting with anything (zooming changing camera view opening/entering areas etc.)

Oh, nice. I didn't know The Reckoning mod was being continued until now. With all due respect Lor Dic, you work very fast with releasing updates. If no update is save game compatible would it be possible to release updates at a slightly slower speed? Per update it is very fast for some players. Just wondering about this.

Try changing your graphics configuration, upon study of this I found that if you have depth effects or auto-exposure on and no HDR config on, this bug will be triggered, turning on and off AA could solve your issue aswell.

Oh, it's being continued? Wanna work together to overhaul the factions, Lor Dric? I was working on doing it myself, but I got caught up in development of my side and main projects. I've got a fair amount of resources lying around, like motorcycles and biker gear.

sure, does the motorcycle spawn without errors like the jeep and chopper get, or is it a model

vehicle spawns have to be worked on yet, working on map and scenes right now
