So yeah, lika the title says everything I have/downloaded is through taleworlds and has nothing to do with steam.
Well the thing is I had the game installed in my old OS, then I wiped it because it was full of garbage. Now I want to play the game, I downloaded the client, logged in into my TW account and copied/pasted the serial but I get "Denied" ?
The timespan of all this is around 1year. I had it on my old OS but I had it wiped for like 6-7 months ago.
Already sent a e-mail to support but even that seems hopeless.
