Hello there! It seems as if you have stumbled across my recruiting topic. This regiment is, as the title states, the 4th Brandenburg Dragoner Regiment. We are a Cavalry only regiment, focusing on the dragoons.
Our regiment is based in NZ, but will be doing events hosted in AUS. The regiment currently only has me, but that is a work in progress at the moment.
The regiment has a ranking system as follows (from highest rank-lowest):
Oberst [Colonel]
Oberstleutnant [Lieutenant Colonel]
Major [Major]
Rittmeister [Captain]
Oberleutnant/Premierlieutenant [First Lieutenant]
Leutnant/Secondelieutenant [Second Lieutenant]
Fähnrich/Kornett [Ensign/Colourseargent]
Wachtmeister [Seargent]
Unteroffizier/Corporal [Corporal]
Gefreiter [Lance Corporal]
Reiter [Private]
Kadett [Cadet]
Everyone will start off as a Kadett, and I will start of as the Oberst. But as you start to progress in your time with the regiment, you will be promoted. You start off as a Kadett, and stay a Kadett for three events. After those three events, then you are promoted to Reiter. This means from there-on-in, you will have to prove yourself worthy of a promotion, through performing greatly during events, or just simply being with the regiment for a long time. You can choose to pick the role of a trumpeter, but that will only be limited places. Also you can choose to become an ensign, which is also a limited position role. The higher the rank, the more chance you have of leading a line if I am not there.
