please help me with lycanthropy

I´m level 28, have 24 STR and 4 shield, a werewolf blood bottle on my inventory (are these the only requeriments?). When i talk to the fountain about lunar lycanthropy, after the fountain explains it for me, my character always say: ´´i must decline`` with no apparent reason.
I don´t know if this helps, but when i ask my rank to the fountain, it says ´´you´re a acolyte of necromancy, and low in my favor``.

Try again when you've done all the chapters of necronomicon till he says you can become a werewolf. (high priest)
If you haven't got one you'll have to buy it from him.

The requirements for now 24 Str and 12 agi, High Priest level Necromancy Rank, and Werewolf Blood - shield requirements not necessary.

You must complete every recipe on each page of the Necronomicon at least once, before rising in rank and accessing the next page.
