Why is this mod "Dead" and how

I can't see any posts by the Moderators after 26 September or something. So is this mod dead if yes why

got salty, released buggy mod, fell apart first day, looks like idiots.

Wasnt that bad actually, it just had few bugs as Far as I remember, but these really killed the gameplay ( I for example all the time I logged out spawned at a certain position in the wilderness, my class was set to serf and all my money was gone). Also it wasnt really special compared to normal PW, other than the roman stuff.
