'Meet the mayor' option in town menu with disabled scenic view?

With disabled scenic view checked, there is the option 'Meet the leader' in village but no 'Meet the mayor' in town.

I wonder if this is this intentional and how can I fix this (with TweakMB etc)?

Would be convenient if it was always there.

I do no scenic menu either because it lags my PC.

It's not 'intentional' if I remember right, but it's not fixable. Some sort of technical limitation or something, dunno why.

There is a hardwired connection between the doors in a scene and the menu options of the native town menu. Since there are no doors in villages it is possible there.

But isn't the guildmaster/mayor always standing outside, not in a building?
I thought it is possible to access the mayor from town screen in Native by ticking a box in TweakMB. And some mods (like PoP) have that option, too.
