Reposting: Outdated engine

This post was previously removed with no notifying me and with no explanation as to why. Simply just poof! Gone. Swept under the rug hoping no one would notice instead of just answering my simple questions. It is as though they want to hide this ugly truth. Here follows the post as it originally was: (I saved it since I suspected foul play from these guys)

Is it true that this game makes use of the WFaS-engine that basically was the same as the one used in the original Mount and Blade?

I mean if so that is just horrible.

I cannot understand how people could buy this game knowing it was from the same company that made the frustrating mess that was WFaS.

It seems Snowbird Game Studios got the rights to the original Mount and Blade-engine and have now produced two bad games on a very outdated engine with few people really noticing.

Please tell me there's a demo for this game somewhere. At least WFaS had one.
If this is not the case well that is just case in point: This game is a filthy cash grap produced on an very old engine by lazy and untalented developers praying on the masterpiece that is Mount and Blade and its great reputation just like they did with WFaS.

The game is not made on original M&B engine, it's developed on the very significantly changed and improved (with TW's help as well) M&B: Warband engine. Nothing to hide here, this information is available right at the top of the game's Steam page, for example.

Thank you for your answer.
I was just confused by articles like these where it is stated that the game is building on the same engine as WFaS:

Do you know per chance why this thread was removed previously?
