How exactly does it work? Is it included yet, or just a planned feature? I am wary of turning in on in the options, as I don't want to crash my current save, or the like.
 
It's a feature brought along with using Brytenwalda as base. Haven't really explored it yet myself.

Nice and gruesome. It would be neat if dismemberment was possible as well, I believe I saw a mod for it once.
