Start a sandbox or storyline campaign for Tuatha De Danaan?

To access the Tuatha De Danaan storyline do I start a new game in sandbox or in the storyline? I only found out minutes ago that you can't start a new game playing it but, apparently have to wait till you reach level 8 with 150 renown.

Accesible in both them when you raise your level and renown.

There's also a requirement that you're not already a king when starting that quest, so don't go with the Royal Sandbox start. Anything else should be fine.

you can if you start a LORDLY sandbox, as you are a higher level vassal (lord) with renown. I would choose a Ireland kingdom to be more in tune with the story too.
