-2 relations as a new kingdom?

I need help.

I conquered my first castle after finishing the main questline ( loved the story ). Every faction, except Kingdom of Northhymbre, suddenly got -2 relations with me. Just like that, no warning, 250 - 500 sized armies siege my forts and a myriad of 50 sized armies looting my villages ( imaging trying to knock away a fly from your face ).

This is the current map http://i.imgur.com/9Sfc8X2.jpg?2 . I own Dunwic, Norwic, Haeglisdun (Mierce Siege), Rendlaeshburh (West Seaxe Siege) and off course the adjacent villages ( all of which are either looted or in the process of being raided by minor lords  ).

Here are the faction relations: http://i.imgur.com/gXSSdbG.jpg?2 and http://i.imgur.com/qp2uffQ.jpg?1 I managed to make peace to Connachta, Friese and Laithlind by sending emissaries. Denmark became peaceful because I helped an random enemy Dane lord fight a small viking skirmish.

I've beaten back many great armies, but my forces dwindle over time. I feel like I should have known this before I started my own kingdom. I thought 600 ( mostly veteran status ), 60 000 peningas, low campaign A.I. and 80 Right to Rule would do the trick, but I didn't foresee the -2 relations, ergo automatically war with every single faction at once. I guess I'm stupid.

How do I survive?

what did you do to start a World War in 896?

You can upload your savegame if you think something is bugged with it, but outside that, you should give up. Find a friendly king and merge with him (you will become a vassal, but you will keep your holdings) or fight to the death, lose all your kingdom fiefs and watch it being destroyed... then start over and plan your revenge

I am half joking. If you can survive by fighting a defensive war, good on you. Odds are not on your side tho hehe

To become a king:
1) Have lords friends
2) High RTR
3) Good army
4) Lots of cash
5) Train your companions
6) Go to war!

I ended the main quest. Had neutral standings with all factions ( except positive with Northhymbria and negative with Laithlind ). I said goodbye to my Northyhymbrian settlements, and conquered Dunwic. :/ Are you telling me no one else get -2 relations with all factions after they create their own kingdom? I wish I knew how I ****ed up.

Do you have a savegame before you finished the storyline?

The furthest back I can go is just after story line ended, but before I left Northhymbrian vassalship: http://s000.tinyupload.com/?file_id=90421644005715914383
