After Jorge gives me a schooner ship (just after we escape prison and meeting for the first time),the jolly roger patrol (brotherhood of the sea) turns up but I cannot fight them due to being in alliance with them after receiving membership to England. Do I have to start a new game? Or is it just something you guys missed? I can meet them on the sea but it just says leave and no "engage"
It seems when you join England (have not tested other factions) it does not let you fight brotherhood of the sea any more?
Also it seems all the smugglers, bandits, corsairs and what not all vanish after a while, I can only find faction ships on the seas. This makes it hard to complete the faction quests and get renown.
