1344. lots of grinding, just started my first kingdom when i had like 60 right to rule. im glad i didnt uninstall the game, its something you can always come back to..

you are missing the point 

to use that addon you need to integrate the code (modsys), which would work even with 2.028. But it requires basic know-how on modding.

but wont it still be asking for those .brf files?

Correct, look at the earlier tables for earlier versions, it is the same.

My 100% stable 5 man/woman party with all party skills covered.
By now all companions are lvl 21 and all party skills are 10 besides medic skills which are 9. Need to get Brunhild lvl 31...

I used this chart to find the largest stable party. It turns out there is a unique size 11 party that can be stable if you care to micro-manage when your heroes complain:
Agathinos, Ailchu, Asbjorn, Beda, Bodo, Brunhild, Clovis, Donnchadh, Dwywei, Morgant, Solveig,
By default, solve conflict by ruling against the complainer. Except:
Agathinos needs 1 ruling in favor of self, with potential victim(s):
Solveig:
Rule against Solveig when Beda complains.
Rule against Beda when Agathinos complains.
Possible victim(s) (heros with more friends than enemies in the party):
Clovis, Solveig,
Alternatively, the same party can be maintained by solving conflict always ruling against the defendant. Except:
Solveig needs 2 ruling in favor of self, with potential victim(s):
Bodo:
Rule in favor of Solveig when Bodo complains.
Morgant:
Rule in favor of Solveig when Morgant complains.
Possible victim(s) (heros with more friends than enemies in the party):
Bodo, Clovis, Morgant,

Now, if you resolve complaints by always ruling in favor of the defendant, there are 4 options of size 10:
Found a party of size 10:
Agathinos, Brunhild, Caio, Ceawlin, Clovis, Donnchadh, Helgi, Morgant, Reginhard, Solveig,

Found another party of the same size:
Agathinos, Ailchu, Beda, Bodo, Brunhild, Clovis, Donnchadh, Dwywei, Morgant, Solveig,

Found another party of the same size:

If you always resolve conflict in favor of the complainer, there is only one option of size 10:

By stable, I mean for each party member, the number of people she likes in the party is no less than the number of time you rule against her during conflicts.

Do you mean native? In native things are simpler because the dislikes are always mutual (likes are mutual too, but without any choices we can't take advantage of that). This means:
1. Resolving conflicts asymmetrically won't get us anything (if you rule against A both when she complains about B and when B complains about her, she will want to leave).
2. As long as you resolve conflicts in a consistent manner, it doesn't matter how you do it (against complainer or against complained or neutral).
Anyway there is a unique solution of size 10:
