Hello to everyone.
As the title says, I'd like to present my new mod... Medieval War, based on Napoleonic Wars (using its module system) but using native's units.
The idea is to make big battles in Commander Battle with native troops
The mod is far from done, it's only in Beta 0.001. Maps aren't edited yet, but most objects are removed (walls, houses, etc.). And I need to edit units' stats.
Description
For each faction there'll be 4 type of units, each one divided in light, medium and heavy:
-Infantry: Light, medium, heavy.
-Spearmen: Spears (medium) and pikes (heavy)
-Archers or crossbowmen: Light and medium
-Cavalry: Light, medium, heavy
Light: All will have the same armor (for the moment). They are fast and have basic weapons (sword and shield). Cavalry uses horses with 52 speed and ranged infantry will also have swords and shields.
Medium: They'll have similar armor too, but a little tougher. If the armor varies between factions, it will be compensated with better gloves. Spearmen will have spear and shield. The cavalry has horses with 48 speed.
Heavy: This unit are well equipped with the strongest armor, but they are pretty slow and they don't use shield. Infantry uses 2h weapons. Pikemen have pikes with banners. Heavy cavalry uses lances with banners too and their horses have a speed of 43.
For Battle mode, archers and crossbowmen are in the specialist window, next to sappers and historic characters.
Each unit in Commander Batle mode has an official with a different armor but the same defense stat.

The major changes are units' stats and the types of weapons and armors. Bots were too though.
-Several maps have been edited
-Vaegir, Swadia and Sarranid are finished
-The type of units are:

Pikemen
Light archers or crossbowmen
Medium archers or crossbowmen
Light cavalry
Skirmisher cavalry
Heavy cavalry

Patch 0.003
Hello everybody. I just uploaded the new patch for Medieval War. Here's the changelog:
I've raised the stats of some armors and weapons, and balanced the units.
Here's an image with each unit's stats (armor and skills)
I've added most Native's maps for Battle, Duel, DM, TDM and CTF.
For Commander Battle I only left the maps that I edited. I also added all the siege maps.
The name of the units will be in english or spanish according to the language you selected when installing warband
