You just don't quit! This is still hands down my favorite mod in Warband. I really hope you win Mod of the Year ( I voted for you) as your mod is definitely in the top 5.
I really look forward to 4.1 soon New Year perhaps! :grin: (What a way to kick off 2017!)
 
The reported bugs are fixed. I'm currently investigating the freezes bug. So maybe tomorrow or Sunday.

I'm making progress by finding the same one cause for atleast 3 savegames. I'm now determining the exact operation line. If I can solve this, you guys won't have freezes anymore hopefully =).

Update: Hotfix v4.01: Fix for freezes, town miscalculations and disappeared parties. (savegame compatible)



Okay let's explain what happened. A long time ago I added the campaign and AI tweaks of Moto (https://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php?topic=248544.0).
These make the map more lively by creating more fights and better AI  decisions making. One of the additions is that the marshall of a faction
levies troops at a random settlement with a surplus of troops if he's running low on soldiers. This script however resulted in an unending loop leading ultimately in a freeze as the
game is calculating forever. I fixed this and besides added a cap for recruited troops (75 troops).

I tested 3 of the uploaded savegames and they work! Download the fix below to have your savegames work again:

1) Make a backup of all .txt files in ...\Warband\Modules\Nova Aetas\.
2) Make a back-up of your savegames.
3) Download https://www.dropbox.com/s/x6wgc1mh74oc6xa/Hotfix%20town%20miscalculation%20%2B%20party%20disappearing%20%2B%20freezes%20fix.rar?dl=0
4) Open savegame and check if there's nothing strange (weird troop names, dialogs, errors, freezes whatever strange events, especially check dialogues).

This is a hotfix for those with the following problems:

1) Party disappeared, but still moving around ((wait 24 hours before it gets fixed).
2) Town miscalculations.
3) Freezes.

PS: This is not the long-awaited v4.1 which fixed much more bugs and adds new features such as taxes. This is a savegame compatible fix for players with v4.0 saves. Version 4.1 won't be savegame compatible and will release in the next days.

NEW FEATURES
- Auto Save feature, game automatically saves to current saveslot every weekly budget overview, can be disabled at camp menu
- ENBshaders: reddish colour neutralized and bloom effect halved
- Disconnected Zendar and Rhodok troop tree and added Zendar Recruit troop
- Introduced taxes:
	* Poll tax (50 Fl * class no)
	* War tax (250 Fl * amount of wars)
	* Church's Tithe (10% of total income)
	* No tax for players in debt (lower than -250)
- Random tavern sellers now restock
- Revised script for lords joining player in battle
	* No longer player required to be marshall for lords joining player siege
	* No longer need for lord to have <0 relation with opponent and >0 relation
	with player's faction to join battle. Now lords join battle if they're enemies with 		opponent and at least neutral with player's faction.
	* Lords join battle if they have >-2 instead of >-1 relationship with player.
- You can now change your kingdom's culture at cost of 1,000 renown, reset of treasury and tech and -15 relationship penalty with your vassals.
- Customisable player faction troops now have cloned their power strike, athletics, weapon master, ironflesh and horse archery too.
- Added option to enable main party if it disappears somehow (camp menu)
- Replaced Sword of Harlaus II at Uxkhal


BALANCING / POLISHING
- Better numerical strength for Swadia
- Better numerical strength for Turguhns
- Reduced tournament bet max with -63% to 75 from 200 Fl.
- Reduced Khergit amount of armies with 35%, pls die
- Player has now negative relationship with Turguhn center owners
- Drastically lowered profit rents from residents to give roughly 4% profit


NO BUGS
- You pay for nobles even if they aren't your vassal yet
- OPCODE 16 error -> update Warband to v1.61+
- There is no deathcam in siege scenes



TODO
- Lords attacking player's colonies feature is disabled for now.
