Ladies and Gentlemen, modders and humans, may I present to you, Calradia: Fall of Tradition!

Now before I begin, remember that movie Last of the Samurai, and that game Shogun 2: Fall of the Samurai? Well, it's kind of like that. But to start off on a good note here are some videos

This one here is more epic: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=66Plz72Xgos

This one is less on the epic side, but still entertaining: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dnkqp4Fcbtg

Now let's start with the story to familiarize ourselves with the concept:

The ports of Jekala, home to mists that go on for miles. Many ships make their dangerous journey here, and most do manage to make it past the harsh waters, some do not though. One day though, a Rhodok man manning the ports helping ships come and go, spots something in the distance, a dark, black ship. It comes closer, he hesitates and just stands there in awe of it's beauty. Lucky for him someone else saw the ships and immediately called the guard to find out what the hell it was. The docks were almost too small for the massive hulk, but it managed to fit in without destroying anything. The Rhodok Guard hailed the people onboard, four men in uniform carrying strange things approached the guard. A few moments later a man dressed in blue came off the ship with several men right next to him. The mean requested to see Rhodok officials for a proper introduction. King Graveth reluctantly came with several of his men and two lords of the realm. The foreign man stepped forward and bowed to the King. "My name is Commodore Matthew Perry, I am from far from here, but I bring things you have never seen before."

This was the first meeting between Calradians and the foreigners, more soon followed, however, the other Kings were not so lucky, and took everything the wrong way. King Harlaus right hand man told him that the black ships were ghost ships, being a man of superstition the Swadian King ordered it to be fired on...the ships never returned to Praven again. The Nords, much more violent, let the ships dock, but immediately killed the crew and plundered the ships, they found strange weapons, but without knowledge of how to fire them, they abandoned them. With the Rhodoks the only people that have access to the foreigners ships and goods, they quickly found out about the foreigners weapons, THE FIREARM. With trade deals in place the Rhodoks managed to integrate some of them in their army, giving them an edge, however they were very expensive to buy, so the Rhodoks would only have few of them. With only a couple setbacks for the Rhodoks such as the foreigners being allowed to march on their lands and Priests and Monks all over Jekala, the Rhodoks seemed poised to launch an aggressive campaign with this new technology, ignoring their old tradition, they will march to glory, only one man can lead them, and only one can stop them, which one will you be...in this new land of TOTAL WAR.

Well that was an aggressive story, am I right?

And now to the fun part, well, we're almost to the screenshots but we need to discuss the features first.

A totally new retextured campaign map and castle scenes (thank you Kovas for your OSP)

Some new armor that is on sale on the market and used for some of the musket troops (see link above for OSP)

A totally new troops tree for musket troops, starting from basic pistol and arquebus troops to high tech flintlocks. (Thank you Llew for your OSP http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,162991.0.html)

Some new weapons like Halberds and pole axes (Thank you Shredzorz and your 15th Century OSP pack

Priests and monks that roam the battlefield (Thank you Yamabusi for the Battlefield Priests pack

A companion and some musket Mercs that you'll (hopefully) find in taverns.

Pshpinon for his musket reload animation and the sword animations.

More to come (Including western troops roaming around, hint, one of them will be carrying a nice easter egg)

And of course what you all have been waiting for, the screenshots! And signatures too.

May I recommend checking out the volley fire script? It's an OSP and should suit all the firearms laying around.

I think I will, sounds useful and for an awesome last of the samurai style trailer  may I have a link? Nevermind, just found it.

And apparently firing lines just like in Napoleonic Wars are possible, here's my video for proof  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NJHvpqphmNA&feature=youtu.be

Looking good! I bet that can be combined with another script that tells your men to crouch, which can open up avenues for advanced tactics. For example, you can have two groups of arquebus-armed troops. You order one to crouch in front of the first group, and then you can order them both to shoot!

That would be very impressive, and totally devastating!

Terrible, absolutely terrible, bronies are a disgrace to the modding community, and by celestia you are hoofing mad if you think your petty little mod will have any success. I have no support for this mod, and that wont be changeling any time soon.

You're sparkling mad aren't you?

Well this looks like fun. The story that goes with it might actually make me consider supporting the Rhodoks for once. Can't wait till it's out.
