Server hotfix for 1.006!

Hello server hosters,!

I have made a quick hotfix for the server.

There was quite a bad bug, that when you upperstab and get blocked you would be stunned from any attacks for 0.8 seconds. this is now fixed.
As it's a server side only change it should not be too much trouble to get this fixed everywhere.

Update your server with this:

All current server downloads have been updated, this is just for the server hosters that upgraded their servers on 1.006 launchday.

In the hotfix actually only actions.txt inside the modules/Napoleonic Wars folder was replaced if that makes it easier for you.

Does this change the module system aswell?

Module system is now updated too, only file changed is module_animations.py though.

Yeah since we really constantly patch when we release a patch after 2 months and then a hotfix a day later...
