Of course, that's why it's there.
Will players be able to pickup equipment they did not load with?
No, that is why there is arranged equipment.
My melee troops weilding spears+shields switch to two-handed mode?
No, it actually will do 0 damage if you try to side swing.
May crossbowmen wield 2 crossbows?
No
Are fans allowed on the field during a round?
No. There are stands and areas for fans on each map. Utilize these.
